By integrating directly with POS systems and using location technology to automatically discover checks, Tabbed enables a one-tap (or fully automatic) payment experience across venues.

Tabbed is focused on scaling across major markets, starting with NYC, and building the infrastructure for a new standard in in-venue payments.

About the Role

Tabbed is looking for a Quality Engineer Intern to support the reliability and polish of Tabbed’s mobile applications.

This role works closely with engineering and product to ensure a seamless, bug-free user experience across real-world dining scenarios. The position is highly hands-on, focused on testing, validation, and improving quality processes—while also offering exposure to light coding and tooling improvements that increase team velocity.

This is an opportunity to learn how high-quality software is built, tested, and shipped in a production environment involving payments, POS integrations, and location systems.
